Carlina Walcott (D10)

Carli is about 5"3 with skin the color of copper. She's pretty slender. Her hair is black (but looks brown in direct sunlight) and short, barely reaching her shoulders. Carli's eyes are very dark brown and are always hidden behind glasses. Though she's 16, she's often mistaken for a 12 year old because of her slight build and young face.

Carli is a bit of a mystery because her personality towards others differs on her mood. When meeting a new person, she'll be either extremely shy and quiet or outgoing and confident.

When you do know her, she's almost always bubbly and energetic. She's an avid user of sarcasm and she'll inject some dry humor into any situation possible. Carli tends to offend people inadvertently; because of this and her mother, she doesn't have any friends (but she pretends not to mind this fact).

Carlina lives with her parents and three year old brother. Her parents often argue about trivial things, both tired of the District and having two kids they can barely feed. Because of this, Carli always gives up her dinner for her brother, contributing to her slim build.

Carli adores her father and her brother in a weird way. She blames her brother for the constant arguments that their parents have, but she can't help but adore him. Her mother doesn't really let Carli go anywhere besides to school, so she's usually at odds with her daughter.

Carlina constantly dreams of the day she'll have enough money to move out of her home and District 10. She wants to be an industrial engineer to come up with better methods of trade so her District will have more supplies and food.
