gang gang: a d12 rival gang plot
starvation, poverty and low-incomes are often the breeding places for gangs. in a district as poor as twelve, it's fate that the teenagers of this district are up to no good. two gangs rise from the ashes - hustling to find just a little bit more cash, or tomorrow's supper. these gangs treat each other like blood. betrayal is like a crime.
the hopeless and the nightwalkers are the two main gangs of district twelve. and although there is no apparent reason for their resentment of each other, their hate for each other stronger than any other emotion. the members of each gang are not to associate with each other whatsoever.so possible west side story plot?
the hopeless
lead by 17 year old affron williams, the hopeless often congregate to the seam as a gathering place. the hopeless are often members of the seam; the poorer citizens of the district. they pickpocket and steal more for survival, but lately the hopeless are experimenting with creating an illegal moonshine operation.

the nightwalkers
the nightwalkers can be found near the wilderness bordering district twelve. while they're more on the fortunate side, they owe it all to their successful drug operation within the district. the nightwalkers may not have the brawn that the hopeless do - but they've certainly got the brains that the hopeless lack.

so basically this is just a plot for gang activity for a little extra if your characters are looking for something illegal to do. premade characters can for sure join the gang as well as brand new characters. if there's enough interest we can create a slack channel as well.
