[New] Red Card Events

1. Black Cloud
A black raincloud follows the tribute for a day, zapping them with lightning every time they raise their weapon. (Tribute must roll to take 1-4 damage every time they attack, roll range="1-4".)

2. Poison Ivy
Fast-growing poison ivy roots the tribute in place, preventing them from fleeing, gaining a 2x heal advantage (due to incessant itching), or moving to a new area the next day.

3. Vertigo
The tribute is rendered inexplicably dizzy. They are moved to the bottom of turn order and have to roll an additional dice=2 before each attack. If they roll a 1, they stumble and do 0.5 damage to themselves instead of their attack. (If they roll a 2, they attack as usual.)

4. Dunce Cap
The tribute is blinded by a dunce cap for the day, randomizing their rolls, with a 33% chance of attacking themselves (in fights of 3+ tributes only. They will still have a 50% chance of injuring themselves in a 2-person fight.)

The flavor text for this mechanic will be added at some point after the bloodbath. Effect: Tribute is forced to fight unarmed, with a -1 penalty to all hits they roll that are 5.5+ damage for the entire day. Their improv abilities are also removed for the day.

6. Hot-blooded
Healing supplies melt on contact with the tribute, rendering them unable to heal or be healed (including first aid) for the day.
