Appearance: She is supposed to have dark hair, like everybody else in the family, but for some reason it is light, almost blond. Maybe it will get darker when she grows up a little. Her eyes never stop following every person around, all the family members at the same time. Sometimes this habit makes her look a little odd, but no one pays too much attention to it already. One of her eyebrows is a little higher than the other because of that habit.
Personality:
The kid wants to know literally everything. Why do people grow? Where does the dirt come from? Why does the Reaping age start at twelve years and not eleven or seventeen? Everybody keeps answering all sorts of questions, hoping that one day the nightmare will be over, but the child's curiosity is endless. Rummie never stops trying to learn more about the world.
She is also rather sensitive and kind. Whenever someone needs help, she is always there for them. Even if she can’t really be of any use, she keeps messing around, trying really hard to comfort the person who needs it.
History:
Rummie was born in a large and happy family and they all lived together enjoying their lives despite being one of the poorest families in district three. However, it did not last long. Her sister volunteered for the Hunger Games and the poor kid’s life has been a mess since then.
