Bailey Kinsey, District 10

Bailey is a small, thin 12 year old girl. She has long, thick brown hair normally up in a ponytail, with tan skin and chocolate brown eyes. A large amount of freckles adorn her tan, peachy skin. Bailey's legs are long and limber, making it easy for her to run quickly.

Bailey is only 52 inches and only weighs about 62lbs. Overall she is thin and tiny, making her an expert hider. She runs rather fast, being small and lithe with long legs. She is close to being underfed, living in a low district like District 10. She doesn't mind the small portions of food she gets, though, being very selfless.

Normally, Bailey wears a pair of denim overalls over an oversized t-shirt. She always goes barefoot, unless it is too cold, then she wears her older brother Dale's old, worn-out boots. If it is very cold, she wears a light jacket over her overalls. Her family can't afford much, most of their money going to the people that own the farm Bailey and her family live on.

Bailey is a carefree child with a kind and selfless soul. She loves animals, and hates seeing them killed in her district for the ruling Capitol. She has a very giving nature, and, if she has any, will give her money to people less fortunate than her.

Bailey can be a little too trusting, and lets others take advantage of her easily. With her selfless spirit, she gives too much, which could land her in a pickle during the Games.

Bailey is also very smart, almost too smart for a simple farmer. She longs to live in a district where her intelligence can make a difference, instead of just being put to work as a lowly farmer. She despises the Hunger Games, and wishes for the Rebellion to act quickly. Although it seems as though she hates no one, she utterly despises the Capitol, and the wretched caste system of Panem.

Bailey was born to a poor family in District 10. They originally started out wealthier than most people in their district, which still isn't very wealthy at all, but they eventually lost all their money from giving it to the less fortunate.

Her family now lives in a rented farmhouse, where they struggle to pay their rent and to keep the livestock healthy and well until slaughter. Bailey has lived a rather normal life since then, at least by Panem standards. Her family still struggles to survive in their low district.

Bailey is the only member of the Kinsey family who believes in the Rebellion, and how Panem will be saved from the wretched ruling of the Capitol. The rest of her family has lost their belief in freedom, but Bailey will not.
