People across the districts believe in different gods and other things. Some people believe in the Gods of Council. They are gods and goddesses who supposedly crafted the Earth and Panem itself. In the book of the council in states that the gods and goddesses died and passed their souls down to the Earth, inhabiting babes as they were born. Of course, this is just speculation. Many people have their own theories, but people have heavy suspicions about the kids in district 2. People believe these are the reincarnations of the late Council. Of course, the kids know nothing about this. People secretly pray and drink toasts in their names. They worship the kids. But when someone in the districts has loose lips, the kids are bound to figure it out.

She helped the Earth get its warmth and
coldness. She crafted the cold and warm to
help the Earth survive. She crafted the seasons
of the Earth. Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter,
to keep the Earth alive and stable.
Mistka, Goddess of Ice.
She hides in the frozen tundra's killing all that
melt the ice she created. She is young and has
pointed ears just like her father, who was an elf
who seduced Yvona and then here she was.
Varun, God of Wisdom and Strategy.
He is a arrogant one. He wants to know
everything, and he almost does. Most
hate him for his intelligence, others hate
him because they cannot beat him, but
gods can.
Yvona, Goddess of Family.
She is the mother of all gods. She birthed them. She birthed
Benshia, so that is how she stays young. She is allowed to
the fountain along with all of the other gods. She serves on
the council as the guide of the young gods.
Calypso, God of Air and Wind.
He made the Earth inhabitable. He made the
gases the protect the earth. He made oxygen
and put it on earth. He made the breezes that
make us shiver. He made the devestating winds
that could kill people.
Benisha, Goddess of Youth.
Not much is said about Benisha, but it is
said that she guards the fountain of youth. It
is said she kills all intruders and drinks from
the fountain weekly, keeping her face and beauty.
Not aging one bit.
Murgho, God of the Sea.
He made the waves of the sea. The animals inhabiting
it, that was all him. He made it from hand, crafting each
wave himself. He also made mermaids to protect it from
harms way.
Ameth, Goddess of Love.
She was a siren. A bastard of a god and a mermaid.
She was made into a mermaid who was beautiful,
but deadly. She was also gifted with the powers of
love, making her a lot more dangerous. Many men
and women died because of her charms.
