Adonis Lumiere
It wasn't his fault.
There was no way that he could have known that her brother was home and that he was twice the size of Adonis. Shoes kick up dust as he's already leaving as fast he can down an alley. It was meant to be like any other hook up that he's had. A simple and easy hook up that would end with him sneaking out halfway through the night, but the brother was not apart of that. He's already running as fast as he can, but he hasn't lost the brother and the friends that he had. A groan comes from his throat as he remembers his words screaming out to him as Adonis flirted with death.
"I'm gonna fucking kill you, Lumiere!"
Another turn down another dark path as he can remember the past Lumieres who he didn't even know. Asha and Atlas were nothing more than a confirmation that there were others out there. Other family members that he didn't know of. Asha Lumiere had been fearsome. Atlas Lumiere was alright, but he ended up dying to a District Ten girl. It was quite pathetic to watch, but all he did after that was shrug them off. Asha had died to the victor from ten, but he didn't even bother meeting the guy. Why should he?
There was never a reason to, so he didn't.
The smirk plastered across his face continues as he rolls out of a falling object overhead that he knocks down behind him. He's lost sight of them, which means he can find a hiding place to wait out in, until they left him alone. Blue eyes look towards the buildings that hide an escape from the murderous brother with eyes that could kill. He can still taste the alcohol on the girl's breath that still hides in his lips. It's not much to ease him from the adrenaline that pumps through his skin. A chuckle escapes his lips as he rushes into the closest building, not even looking to see what it was.
A career center is the answer that comes up to his mind as he notices weapons of all sorts piled along shelves and walls. Not many people were in the space since it was quite late and probably about to kick everyone out as they didn't belong in the building during the night. No one even trained that late, well except some of his family. He could guess that some of them trained until their bodies told them to sleep. That wasn't him. He wasn't like the rest of the Lumieres.
Memory fades to the boy who told him to be happy. Happiness seemed so far away since his family had been divided by a blood feud of who was real and fake. It didn't matter, but some were too prideful to see the similarities in madness. He rolls his eyes again as he hears the brother and his friends outside the training center. He ducks behind a target as he waits for the noises to leave the area. It's silent like the calm before a storm that comes and knocks everything around. He's not afraid, but he'd prefer to avoid a black eye that day. He definitely could take on the guy if he wasn't as tipsy as he was from the night out. It was a lost cause to try and fight his way out, but now it was empty in the place.
Or that's what it seemed to be.
His head pops up from behind the target. He watches the other person from afar as he can notice the form as someone who was not the brother who wanted to kick his ass. He's quiet, until he decides to get up and move towards the male who was doing something that he wasn't paying enough attention to make out what he was doing. Make out. That would have been nice. He shakes his head as moves closer and can now see the other male who was there way too late.
"Hey, kid, what are you doing here? Isn't it kind of past your bedtime?"
His voice slurs from his lips and he sobers up in that instant, worried that he was going to get caught by the brother who was probably not too far away from them, but he didn't care anymore. There was a new person who seemed interesting, at least that's what his tipsy brain told him. All he wanted was a way out and to get home to his bed or someone else's. A chuckle leaves his lips as he looks to the guy, who was most likely closer to his age than he had realized at first from his vantage point that was too far away.
He smiles as he looks the guy up, assuming that he was a career who stayed late.
He could help him escape.
