The 1st tribute at the Moon Pond on a New moon.

When you wake, you realize the sky is dark. The moon is no longer hanging in the violet sky- and as you recall, the moon had been shrinking over the past few nights; with the moon new, the only things that light your way in the twilight are the stars and the glittering candle flames on the surface of the pond- they were not there before when the moon shone in. On closer inspection, you see something- no someone- in the water where the candlelight flickers. You try to look away but the candlelight is just so pretty.

However, a couple of seconds later before you hear someone calling your name. You break from the trance and aside from some soggy shoes, you’re safe.

You manage to pull yourself out out before you drown, but you find that your clothes are sodden with smelly pond water!!! Ew! But wait, whats this? You have something clutched in your hand!
