Stepping down & departing (just for a little while)

**Important announcement alert**

I can’t believe I’m saying this but: I am stepping down from staff! And taking a temporary break from the site.

This is for no bad reason at all! My life is in a transitional phase right now. I’m graduating college in 9 weeks and I’m currently considering my future, applying to jobs, looking for housing, and trying to be a Real Adult. To be fair to my incredible fellow staff members, I’ve decided to step down and make room for someone else who can more wholeheartedly devote themselves to the tutoring position.

I cried with excitement when I was made a tutor in 2012. I would rush right to the library during my free lunch period in high school to take a computer out and to work on bios, threads, and to chat with you all. It has truly been a foundational experience for me. I feel lucky to have worked with so many amazing writers and proud of everyone I worked with. Continue to do amazing things!!! You’re all in great hands.

This site has been an amazing experience this past few years. Don’t think that since I’m trying to be Real and all that I won’t be available for some threading, plotting, and, of course, chatting. I’m here for you all! Please Slack or PM me if you’d like my personal number or Snapchat. I want to keep in contact! Tell me how your lives are going! Come and visit me!

Thank you all so much for your endless support, love and passion for everything you do. You all inspire me and I’m grateful to have threaded with so many of you, chatted with you, and been in the Games.

My leave isn’t forever at all; I could have a job (or not!!) in 9 weeks that’ll afford me more time since I won’t be in school anymore. Just bear with me over this journey and keep in touch.
