Wheat Field - Scarecrow Roll

Any tributes who visit the wheat field will be under careful watch by the greedy Scarecrow Scully. Each day, dice for theft will be rolled to determine a) which tribute he will steal from, and b) what item will be stolen. The first roll will be 1-24 (or less, depending on the number of tributes), and the second roll will be determined by the number of items in that tribute's inventory.

Any tribute who loses an item may challenge Scarecrow Sully to win the item back. Alliance members may accompany them. If this should occur, the fight will start after any mandated fights and cannot be entered by other tributes (aka no hunting allowed).

Scarecrow Scully - who will retreat to make self repairs when necessary - will also have randomized HP with a 25-35 range dice roll.
