Little Ones {Aoife/Paradigm} Blitz

"Belle, I know it's chilly outside, but we have to get going, okay? Please, just let me put your coat on." I spoke to my young daughter in a soft tone as I tried to zip up her winter coat, but she struggled, kicking and trying to fight it. It took a solid five to seven minutes just to get her ready to go outside into the cold winter air that morning. Luckily, I didn't have any sort of time constraint. We headed outside, hand-in-hand. I lead her with me to the bakery, and she cried 'cold, mama, cold' the whole way there.

When I was done in the bakery, I had more with me than I could properly hold. With Belle's hand interlocked with my left, I had to try to carry all of what I had purchased with my right arm. It was quite difficult, but I couldn't just let Belle go. I knew she would wander off if I did. As I started to try to head away from the bakery and back towards our home, I was lucky enough to spot someone. Now I just had to hope I could convince them to help me out.

"Would you be willing to help me out with this? I have a bit more than I can handle..." I told them this with a nervous laugh.
