Powerplaying-Please read

Alright, so it has come to the staff's attention that there has been some moderate powerplaying going on around here. And, since powerplaying is frowned upon in most Roleplaying societies, we felt it'd be best to address the situation.
First, for those of you who do not know, powerplaying is when you take control of a character in an RP that was not your own. For example, it could be a minor thing, like you say that '{insert other person's character here} moved over to stand beside {insert your character here}.' Even though this is fairly minor, it is still, to put it bluntly, 'illegal' on this site.
And then it can be something more major, such as '{insert your character here} drew his sword for the fight with {insert other person's character here} and in an instant, she sliced {insert other person's character here}'s head off.' Or, '{insert other person's character here} tried to attack {insert your character here}, but since {insert your character here} was so amazing and completely invincible, he remained unscathed.'
We have been noticing RP's somewhat like this:
NOTE: This is NOT an actual roleplay we found on the site. It was written as an example by two of our staff members.
Now none of us like it when this happens. And the reason it is being addressed now of all times is because the Games are beginning, and it is important that now more than ever we all refrain from powerplaying, especially those of us who play tributes. None of us would want our tribute to be clubbed to death without our consent, would we?
Just keep in mind, members, to control only your own characters when roleplaying. It makes this site all the better for everyone. Thanks.

Space looked over at the potential customer. "Fresh from District 11," he said.
District 11? Oh, that was the district that had all the agriculture and stuff. "I would like some, please," Blank said and picked one. She handed it to Space and watched him put it in a bag.
"Er... I don't have bags. At all. Like, none. Really. I can't be putting it in a bag." Space furrowed his brow in agitation. He didn't like when opther people acted for him.
"Oh. Well that's sad," said Blank. "Here, put it in this instead," she said and handed him a cloth bag that she always used to save the environment.
"I hate the environment..." Out of no where, Space knocked Blank to the ground with one furious punch. Blank wailed and was shortly after trampled by shoppers headed to Black Friday sales.
