These tributes were like potatoes- relatively boring but likely tasty. Although, I’ve been told it’s wrong to eat other people. Perhaps I should listen to that. Then again, they’re not my species, so would it matter?

It is his first day completely alone within this strange universe. Being alone is not something new for him, but it is still strange. The hunters are winning the war against all the supernatural creatures. It won't be long until they come for him. On one hand, the sweet embrace of death does not seem like a terrible option. He'll fall back down to hell, repeating his worst mistake every day until the end of time. Living is the other option. It comes with much more work. Maybe he can charm a hunter into not decapitating him. Of course, this is before he would move to stab out their eye with his sword.
