Ratmas 2017: Ms/Mr Capitol Kick Off

I hope you have all your aesthetics ready because first up is the Freestyle Design portion of the contest.

In this event, every contestant will take the stage in a costume of their own design. They may take inspiration from the Hunger Games, the Districts, or anything else they may choose. They will be judge on their creativity, detailing, and originality with their outfits. Each contestant can win up to 30 points this round so make sure to wow the judges with your work!
