- her words are swimming through his ears again. -
If I had the desire to, I could easily fix the old, broken watch that I carry everywhere with me. I don't want to, though, as it was broken when it was given to me and means all too much to me in its current state. I do, however, work at a shop that sells, as well as repairs jewelry and watches. It was time for the end of my day's shift, and I'd started getting my things from my locker in the back of the store when I heard the little bell on the door chime, indicating that someone had entered the building. Therefore, I quickly put my things back in my locker, locked it and came into the front of the store. Apparently, I'd be working a little bit later than I'd expected.
When I saw who'd entered the shop, however, my heart started racing. It was Rubia Lennox. We'd met at the beach not all that long ago and I'd thought she was drowning, therefore making the attempt to save her. I'd like to think that our interaction went at least somewhat decently and that we could consider one another friends at this point. I just wasn't entirely sure what it was that she thought of me. Personally, I found her to be very attractive. One may even be able to say that I'd developed a 'crush' on her. I was definitely attracted to her, at least a little bit.
"Miss Lennox! It's nice to see you again. What can I help you with?" I asked her. Hopefully she'd remember who I was. For now, however, I had to talk business. I was helping a customer, after all.
