The Crimson Goblet {d2 nightclub/gang plot}

This story started long ago when a young nineteen year old man lost his parents and inherited a huge sum of money. He had to make a living for his sister and himself so he started a small jewellery business. However, it wasn't enough to provide him with the kind of income he wanted. He desired to be as rich as a capitolite, maybe even richer, to make sure his sister would never suffer from poverty.
So he bought an abandoned building on the outskirts of his district and turned its basement into an illegal nightclub, naming it "Crimson Goblet". Only the people who can afford to spend considerable sums of money know about the club. The club offers them all kinds of entertainment. On the upper floor there is a bar, three luxury rooms for rent, bathrooms and a small casino. One more floor was dug for an arena where career fights take place and people can bet on their favorites.
It would not be cheap to run the club the regular way, though, so the man invented a way to save money on employees. He gathered a gang of drug dealers who would sell drugs around the district. The buyers would be chosen carefully - they were vulnerable and poor enough not to be able to afford more than two doses. When they were struggling with their addiction, recruiters from the gang would visit their house and offer them or their relatives to work in the club for very little money and drugs. This way they were bound to serve the criminal mastermind until the drugs brought their life to an end. Nobody cares much about the age of those workers so there are quite a few teenagers.
