10th Birthday Bash Day 2: Site Jeopardy Signups

Yes, you read that right. For the second day of our site's tenth birthday bash celebrations, the lovely d1b. xylia fray ♕ kaяi and myself will be hosting a custom made jeopardy game containing many items from the site's rich history. By entering and competing, you have the opportunities to test your site knowledge and earn wonderful prizes in several different forms!
If u are interested in participating, please fill out the signup form below. One or both of us will announce the official time that the event will start once we've been able to deliberate. Signups will be open for the next twelve hours starting from the second this has been posted, so make sure to get in on the fun before then.
Those of u that sign up will be randomly sorted into teams depending on how many total applicants there are and will be added to a slack channel once the time has been announced to get in on the fun!
