10th Birthday Bash Day 8: The DALGAARD System

For the 8th Day of our 10 year anniversary, the Coders have created a Tribute Ranking system that contains every tribute to have been written on the site. This is heavily inspired by Aya's Tribute Ranking system from 2012! This is a purely statistical ranking, and in no way does this judge character development, a member's writing skill, or opinions of tributes.
The DALGAARD System also exists in-game, as a supplement to the National Hunger Games Museum's Machine Learning and Hologram Interaction program. Your characters should feel free to parse through this data and create observations of their own!
