Under limited circumstances, citizens may now be authorized for travel between Districts.

Authorization will be granted on a provisional basis, strictly for the purposes of labor.

Citizens seeking authorization will be subject to rigorous screening.

Travel permits may be denied or revoked at any time without reason or notice.

Permitted citizens traveling between districts will be subject to searches at random.

Travel permits are valid for single trips only. Citizens must reapply for a permit for each subsequent trip.

Those seeking to source skilled labor from other districts may apply at the Permit Office in their local Justice Building.
