Welcome, tributes, to the weirdest Bloodbath you’ll ever take part in.

As you rise into the Arena, you view an intimidating sight:

The Manager.

This robot is vaguely humanoid, except it hovers ominously over the Free Sample table like a predator eyeing its prey. You think it might pounce at any moment, but it doesn’t make a move as the clock winds down.

As the seconds tick pass, you see smoke rising from the Manager’s… ears? If you can call them ears.

In the last seconds of the countdown, the Manager screeches an unholy robotic sound, and you think that might not be a good sign.

When the countdown hits zero, the Manager strikes 8 tributes down:

:thirst: -- the Manager somehow makes the :thirst: emoji shrivel up just by looking at it
:2187: -- the Manager shoves a membership card in its eye
-- the Manager lifts this emoji high in the air, upside down, and drops it on its head
:sun_with_face: -- the Manager throws this emoji into an oven
:tongue: -- the Manager rips out its tongue
:smirk_cat: -- the Manager wipes that smirk off its face… by removing its face
:wheeze_rave: -- takes one look at the Manager and dies wheezing
:clown_face: -- the Manager pumps him up with air until he bursts like a balloon

You’re left staring in shock.

Hello tributes!

This brings us to the very out-of-character portion of this already out-of-character party. I want to explain a few things about this non-Bloodbath Bloodbath.

How does this thread work, you ask?

First, FIGHTING IS DISCOURAGED*.
*If you still want to fight, we won’t stop you.

Second, you get your entire item list automatically, weapon included. No need to fight for it.

Third, this thread is for posting with your fellow tributes… for fun! Feel free to make as many posts in this thread as you wish. However, please be courteous and wait for at least three people to post before you reply again.

Please note the following rules for this thread, just in case:
Everyone must make an introductory post with one or two sentences.
A tribute can only be attacked three times in between their own posts.
You may not attack tributes who have not entered the thread yet.
You may not attack in your “fleeing” post.
If you have a broken/severed leg or leg part, you may not flee without the aid of another tribute, who must also flee.
Once you flee, you may not re-enter the thread.

Any violations of these rules will result in an additional 8 damage dealt to the offending tribute, per Gamemaker discretion.

Also:
- Please do not attack with a weapon that you retrieve from a dead tribute if you kill them, or your attack will not count. All weapon changes should be relayed to the Gamemakers in your location PMs between anthems.
