Remus Xavier was a man who sailed upon an ocean of liquid gold. From the rich secrets of the sea, the wealth of his aquatic farms erupted with an adoration from the Capitol. Alone within a mansion of wealth, he would watch the world from his miniature island just across a bridge from the mainland. His work brought him wealth, but could not sate his desire for something more splendid, something bigger. A desire which brought him to transform his home into an elaborate academy surrounded by the sea and closed off at its bridge by a large black gate.
Mr. Xavier found his muse in the bleeding heart of the nation, in the Hunger Games. In career districts such as Four, his construction of a career academy was far from unique. However, what came forth from his imagination in terms of the curriculum was far from typical. Children of all ages under 18 could be admitted to the academy if they passed an audition. The talent could be anything but it must leave Mr. Xavier with a single conclusion, the child must have a true gift. And it is these gifts that to this day still exist as the heart of the Trident Academy.
The classes of the Academy have always been small in number for two reasons. To impress Mr. Xavier is a near impossible task. He seems to only have interest in the best, whether they be instrumentalists or dancers or really any assortment of skill. The second reason is the sheer cost of being admitted to such a prestigious and exclusive institution. If a child passes their audition, monetarily the Academy is free, but emotionally and physically it is costly. The child must permanently leave their family accepting Mr. Xavier as their guardian and his last name. Furthermore, once within the gate of the bridge and on the island, the child lives solely in that space leaving only on the rarest of approved occasions. They spend their days tied to a rigorous schedule and only one day of no work at the end of the week.
The purpose? To create truly specialized careers capable of blending their talents with their fighting styles.

Thank you so much for checking out this plot! Since watching the Netflix show and learning more about the Umbrella Academy I have been dying to make this plot. Absolutely anyone can apply and your character does not have to be reaping age, they can be older or younger. The younger characters would still be under the same curriculum while older characters out of reaping age would be working as trainers now. I am super excited for this plot and can't wait to see the kind of characters you come up with!
