Innovo Weyr- 10th Pass AU Pern RP

Founded on the Southern Continent two Turns before the 10th Pass, Innovo Weyr struggled to pick up the pieces after a particularly disastrous Threadfall and the murder of its first Senior Weyrwoman. Several clutches and transfers later, the Weyr is finally beginning to fill out its ranks again-- though some of those dragonets came out strangely-colored, and many of the transfers came with caveats.

Despite constant attempts at political assassination, things were starting to look up, at least until the aberrant Thread started to appear.

A torrent of vicious and oddly-intelligent Thread has been falling on the planet this last Turn and the steadily-accumulating fatalities wear on the survivors. The resulting accidents and problems require inventive solutions that the rest of Pern seems unwilling to embrace. Will they learn, or will they perish with tradition?

The Thread isn't the only thing changing, however, what with the discovery of a new creature capable of Impression and the first-ever clutch of a green dragon. Is this just a fluke, or the beginning of a new norm?
