Anapos Victor Jinx
Age: 18
District: 4
FC:P Kellan Lutz
Former Rebel
You had no clue what was happening when you were growing up. As a child, your parents put up a happy family front with you and your sisters, they always seemed joyous and content with their fisherman's life. Because of this, you learned how to put on a face when the Peacekeepers came around, asking about rebel activities, hiding the fact that your parents hosted rebel meeting at your weekly neighborhood dinners. The real purpose of these "neighborhood dinners" became more apparent as you grew up, learning more about what the Capitol was doing to your people and to the other 12 Districts in Panem. And as you learned, anger became your primary drive, especially when the Rebellion actually started 6 years ago. You saw the damage that they were causing to your home, the theft of the resources you and your neighbors so desperately needed to survive. You realized that you had to something. Luckily your older sister, Styx, was already involved as she was a few years older and helped you develop your skills of net making that you did for your parents into more insidious fashions.
By a few years into the Rebellion, you learned how to take your deceitful practices that your parent taught you to good use. You were able to project the attitude of the civilians around you, scared, timid, and anxious while you were out in the square and out in the districts, avoiding the wrath of the Peacekeepers. Behind closed doors, you were wrathful and unforgiving in your designs and your demeanor. You crafted net traps that had poison from the local poisonous fish that you have access to, though the fishing ranges have been decreasing significantly since before the Rebellion started. You crafted nets that contained tiny spikes that cut adversaries as they struggle to get out of the traps. You crafted many more kinds of traps using your fishing nets and the different resources that the fish provided that proved useful, though so delicate to handle that you had to be on the infiltration team that placed these traps. You hated the front lines, you preferred to be back on your ship, continuing to make your traps and living your day to day life. But someone had to do it.
That's when you were captured, you tried to fight back, but it was pointless. The Peacekeepers took you away from your home, your family, and the fight, and you never felt so helpless. From your body, they assumed that you were a front line fighter, but you just gained that physique from the daily heavy fishing, which means they decided that you would be perfect for their new "reality tv special." You knew that you did not want any part of that and tried to fight your way out, but you ended up hurting yourself and giving your captures a laugh in the process. Weeks passed, and you haven't heard any news from outside of your little cell that they kept you in, which smelt like sweaty locker room the entire time. Your anger only grew as they kept you in captivity, unable to gain any information about what happened at home, or what the "reality tv special" that they expected you to participate in was.
But now that you know, you don't want any part of it.
