84th Specific Rule: Environmental Damage

Similar to the 69th and 72nd, there will be overnight environmental damage in the form of mosquitoes.

Mosquito damage: Genetically-modified muttsquito swarms will invade the arena each night. After overnight healing has been calculated, tributes will take 3 damage unless they possess certain items that act as a repellent/protection. These items will not be available for sponsorship.
