georginaA chill licked her spine, the hairs on her neck rising with the sun. She couldn't shake off the feeling of eyes following her timid movements, each shift of her feet and each swing of her arms by her side. It took her back to the reaping - shiny black heels clacking along the stage and eyes boring into the back of head. Georgina grew up with the stares, the attention—but here it feels sinister. She didn't blame Tris for leaving—Georgina would have done it herself in the next day if Tristitia didn't do it for her. The number of living, rapidly beating hearts in the arena has fell down to the last few, and they both knew what would come with that. And Georgina didn't want to be the one to swing first.Georgina thinks she knows how to survive on her own - with the days she had no assignments or extra credit she had to do, she read countless books on subjects she thought she would never experience. Survival Manuals are one of those things. She would flip through their soft, frayed tea-stained pages and devour the illustrations and words written across the pages. However, in the moment she needs it the most it flees from her mind. She carefully treks along the edges of the towers, savoring the final tastes of tea on her tongue. Georgina holds a javelin tightly in one hand, she found it discarded among the towers. She almost missed it, but the glint of light bouncing off it caught her eye. The termite mounds slowly fade into the background as she walks farther away. The stone-braided river fascinated Georgina. Nature had always been something that riveted her. The way tall tree sway in the slightest winds and how the jagged mountains grow out of the ground. She hops between the flowing waters, happily skipping from stone to stone with a bright smile glowing on her face. The happiness in her heart faded when a figure blocks the horizon. Three days ago she would have ran as far away from this person as she could, but instead she throws the spiked javelin. Her heart was rapidly beating, ticking like a clock to its last beat.[ attacks amberly d10f -- javelin ]QGemMtxXn4javelin[ dice ]
