Hey all~ My name is Verónica but feel to refer to me by mahouho or just Vero/V. I’m a senior college student who grew up roleplaying and was heavily into The Hunger Games when it first came out. Now that I’m older and with the prequel coming soon, I thought it would be fun to dive right back into this scene.

This is my first time coming across this site but I’m really intrigued by the methodology of how the games are operated on here. I probably will lurk a bit before diving into the next upcoming games. Although I haven’t roleplayed in a forum setting in a while, I do play D&D online. I also have a lovely arena idea in mind, but I’m unsure where I can suggest it if possible. Either way, I’m pleased to meet you all and look forward to roleplaying alongside everyone. :<3:

It's so nice to have you here! I'm Kaplan, a veteran member here on HGRPG! If you haven't already, I recommend joining our site slack channel here! Slack is where we do most of our chatting/communicating on the site outside of our writing.

As for characters themselves, you can find the template for creating a new character here, but you don't have to fill it out as a form if you don't want to. As long as all the information is there, many members like to do their own freestyle sort of format for their character bios! There's more on how to create an acceptable character here!

If you're ever looking for someone to write with or have any questions, don't be afraid to reach out!

Hi Veronica, welcome to the site!

I'm Arrows/Brit (whichever you prefer) and I am a resident Librarian here on the site. To echo Kaplan for a moment, I would definently recommend joining our slack channel since it's where we all kind of reside! I am also a student in college heading into my senior year and I too play a fair bit of D&D so cheers to both of those here! As for our Arenas, our admin Aya creates the arenas, but I am sure she is always open to hearing cool concepts!

On another note, just like Kaplan said, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or if you would like to plan a thread! I am super excited to get to know you and to write with you! <3

Hi Arrows, it is nice to you meet you too! ^^ I already joined Slack, don’t worry. Although I can’t understand all the memes yet, I’m excited to get to know everyone and the community. Congratulations on becoming a senior, I hope your studies are going well! It always is nice to meet fellow D&D players too. Thank you for the heads up~ I’ll reach out with my ideas soon but I want to explore previous ones first just in case. I don’t want to seem silly by suggesting something that perhaps was already done. From the little I’ve seen so far, I’m greatly impressed by how creative the community is here!
