First Tribute Death

When the first tribute is killed a couple of audience members begin openly cheering. This continues to happen with each death of a tribute throughout the games. With each successive kill a particular tribute makes they will gain new fans in the audience, who will begin cheering louder and louder each time, and who will clap enthusiastically for any particularly gruesome attacks — mainly severs.
