Anthem - Day Two

The night passes with great anxiety as tributes ponder what chaos the Gamemakers will throw their way. Although the night is cool and peaceful, there is a question hanging in the air:

How are these Games different?

Panem's anthem bursts to life as loudly as ever tonight, carried on the wind over birdsong and rustling and perhaps the voices of nearby tributes. If you look up you'll find a view of the dimming sky unimpeded by clouds—but it remains unlit. Those who saw a tribute fall in the early minutes of the Games may wonder what became of her, but the anthem offers no answers, only fades into the background sound of the Arena.

Morning dawns on an Arena somehow more crowded than before, with strange phantasms haunting your steps. Out of the corner of your eye, you swear you see a ghost. There are shimmerings in the periphery, entities as uncertain as your fate.
