Cyro's Delivery Word Paint Balloon

Cyro is gonna make a word paint bomb, using one of the water balloons he got from sponsorship and the Navy Blue Paint, he's going to loosely tie the end to the word's leg after he fills the balloon with the paint, tell it to find Will Johnwayne and he's gonna make sure it's on enough that it'll fall when the bird arrives to another alliance. (simple but effective?).

A water balloon filled with paint bounces softly with the flapping of a birds wings; tied tight enough to stay in place for a distance, but loose enough for the bird to leg go and drop the paint at its destination. Dark paint to coat wherever it falls, a simple, but effective trap; that is, if it works…

One of the Gamemakers will roll the dice in this thread. Dice are as follows:

1 - Delivery Word drops paint en route, bomb is useless
2 - Paint lands on target, tribute cannot attack for the first round of their daily fight
3 - Misses everyone
4 - Misses target, hits other target: (GM dice roll for all tributes in thread, excluding target, to determine new target) new target cannot attack for the first round of their daily fight
5 - Delivery Word gets lost, drops the balloon on a random tribute in the Arena (re-roll the dice below)
6 - Delivery Word gets lost, drops the balloon on a random tribute in the Arena (re-roll the dice below)

If a 5 or an 6 is rolled, the tribute will be randomized from all tributes in the Arena who are not in the Catacombs. If that is the case, one of the Gamemakers will roll to see what happens with the balloon with this slightly-altered dice roll [*roll range="1-3"]
