Knowing that an election for the high council is coming up is important, and I want to make sure the best person is fit for the job. I want to make sure that nobody will have any funny business. All I know right now is that my eye is set on Mr. Paul Smith. He’s done a lot, and from afar I admire his work, and now I want to give him the best chance he has. So when I’m approached and asked why I support him, I take a minute to think. The answer is simple. "Well, I remember when I was just reaching adulthood, and I watched the games he helped create. They were wonderful. All the hard work he put into it, of course he had help, but he was also a face of it. Plus, he was the face of the Capitol when he won Mr Capitol. I’ve looked up to him, and I know he has the ability to succeed. He’s the perfect candidate, and I support him, and I think everyone else should too."
