Standing 5' 4" tall, this fair medium build. The woman has a suspicious feel about her.
She has an angular face, a hooked nose, and narrow lips. Her green eyes are small and she has fine eyebrows. She has elbow-length, fine, brown hair that is thinning.
She has piercings in four places: her ear, her left nostril, as well as her belly button
She has a bit of a toned body as she does like to run that gives her a good build to her body, She has several scars on her arms from her days playing outside. She wears glasses

Personality:

Serafina has an open and friendly person towards most people, that is until she starts to get to know some people than she can change on them. She can be quiet genuine and rather blunt at people, she doesn't mix her words. She is also dramatic when she can be and also when she doesn't get her way. She has a very competitive nature and doesn't like to lose.

She is very hard-working and doesn't let anything stop her from having a go. She is well mannered to those who return the same to her. She doesn't like to sit still and is always on the go. Has a very rebellious nature and will not do something that she doesn't think is right.

She is very emotionally aware of what is going on around her. She is very reflective in her nature and will consider a lot of things before acting though sometimes she will act before thinking. She can be placid with her positive attitude. She also can be very in the moment person like an Action-oriented person.

History:

Serafina was born to parents who really didn't get on and she was in the middle of their fighting from the beginning including her older sister who moved away as soon as she could. She was born in district four on the 4th of June. Her mother was a quiet and reserved person while her father, well he wasn't the father type. Her parents split when she was just five years old and she lived with her mother. She has not seen her father since she doesn't even know where he went, her mother won't talk about him and will not allow his name to be spoken.

Serafina was very jealous of her older sister who seemed to be good at everything and got her mother attention more than she did. Serafina seemed to rebel more to get her mothers attention. She did well at school excelling well in all her subjects. She was a very outdoors person who loved to spend much of her time by the coast of District four. She spent most of her time growing up watching the workers bring in the seafood.

Serafina never likes the hungry games, though she had watched it since she was younger, the thought of being on there was never really in her mind. She had listened to stories from her grandparents who had friends go and not come back. She would listen to her friends talk about it. She liked her friends and would spend a lot of time with them, exploring the district and trying to see if they could find a way out. Not that it worked they would often be stopped by family and friends alike before the peacekeepers would find out.

Often Serafina would be in trouble with her rebellious ways that she had and her mother would plead with her to stop. They were always fighting with each other even more so as when her sister left for a different district as Serafina felt that her mother wanted to go with her. Sometimes the house was quite unbearable and often Serafina would not come home.

Other: Her voice is something that you will not forget. Some say it sounds like old London. Despite living in District Four she can not swim and she really doesn't like the water. She is a very picky eater. If she can like to exploit a person weakness.
