That probably sounds like me being dramatic, but when your mom gets knocked up by both your dad and the guy she was cheating with at the same time? Yeah, you can imagine how that might throw a wrench in any plans the two of us had to be normal fucking people with a normal fucking family living a normal fucking life. Even before we found out about that though, that our dad actually only created one of us and not the other, the whole family hated us. Dad got remarried like five minutes after mom died, and knowing what I know now it's hard to keep being angry with him for it, but when you grow up with a feeling eating you alive from the inside out it's hard to let go of.

Like a parasite, except now it's yours, you know?

I used to think that he hated us because we killed her, because we were the reason she was there on that table bleeding out. But I'm not sure anymore, not knowing what I know now. I would say maybe he's just a cunt, but he loves his new kids with his new wife, so there's a dad gene in there somewhere, he just decided early on that me and Ella weren't worthy of using it on.

Maybe something inside of us is broken.

Maybe we're just unlovable.
