*all the light we cannot see by anthony doerr (a new all-time favourite of mine)

*clockwork prince by cassandra clare (the best one)
*clockwork princess by by cassandra clare
*the ballad of songbirds and snakes by one ms. suzanne collins!
*lady midnight by cassandra clare - stopped 2/3rds of the way through and read the rest of the plot synopsis on wiki, oh boy am i glad i saved myself all that time
*midnight sun by stephanie meyer, lmao
*born a crime by trevor noah (bought my brother a copy for his birthday and have just finished mine today, highly recommended!)
*admission by julie buxbaum

i also read a lot of cookbooks (jack monroe's tin can cook and a girl called jack were my go-to's) but i don't count those. if you like cooking, and cooking on a budget, i'd highly reccomend them!
my 2020 to-read was largely untouched, although i started kyoshi and now own a few copies that are still on the to-read. bought a lot of kindle ebooks on amazon for my phone, discovered libby and bought myself a copy of freda+ epub reader for a grand total of $1.25. still can't get into audiobooks no matter how hard i try.
2021 to-read is looking like:
*rise of kyoshi (ebook i need to finish) by f.c. yee
*slay by brittney morris, purchased this on holiday in june to read and ended up reading kyoshi instead. whoops!
*a song below water by bethany c. morrow, another ebook i purchased still on my tbr!
*passengers by alexandra bracken
*a match made in mehendi by nandini bajpai
*a blade so black by l.l. mckinney
*a few avatar: tla graphic novels i picked up on kindle
*sadie by courtney summers (that i constantly re-loaned on my local library app but never started lol)
*when dimple met rishi by sandhya menon
[/ul]
