On Day Three of the OOCG, one of the street food vendors from the Boardwalk realises his hot dogs are a day away from expiring. Rather than let the seagulls beg for food, he takes his cart on the road, visiting each area of the arena and handing out free hot dogs to the remaining tributes.
Each tribute receives a hot dog on a stick!
