Annie had put out breakfast and cleaned it up in almost record time. She had taken a liking to cooking every morning at the very least. Something about it was therapeutic in a way, that and it brought her just a little closer to mom. She missed her, if she spoke honestly. She wouldnt tell other people that, especially the capitol. They got enough words out of her during her games. It was enough that they still had a chance to take her siblings right from her clutches.
That made her sick.
She had stepped onto the beach and looked out into the ocean. Four was her home, and it did wonders for her anxiety. She always had something to hold her down. Even when she would wake up from various nightmares, she would stand up and look out at the ocean. It gave her peace and serenity, even though she still had no clue what those were.
Her mind was an everlasting war zone after all.
But Trish was already out and about probably trying to burn off some of the food she had ate. It was good for Annie to have her around. Her father hadnt had too much objection, now that he had fully taken up a position as a trainer at the academy. She sighed as she walked out through the sand and watched her sister make a misstep and lose her balance while kicking up at a dummy.
Annie caught her before she could hit the ground. "Training on a full stomach is never a good idea Trish." She smiles at her, Annie letting Trish's head rest on her knees for a moment. "No matter what Dad said."
