Espie pins me to the mat and I can't say I'm upset about it.

"What? You want me to fight back?" I smile greedily, fully loving the fact that my girlfriend is on top of me, holding my hands above my head, chest heaving from exertion. "This is heaven, babe."

I fully expect her to swat at me or something, so much so that I wince apprehensively, prepared to take a good slap to the face at least. But nothing comes, so I take the pause and use it to my advantage. "Too slow," I huff out and twist my hips to get my leg hooked around her knee to pull her backwards. "Tsk, tsk," I scold her playfully, sticking my tongue out of the side of my mouth before going in for another strike. "Gotta be quicker than that."

I have her. I have her and she's in my hands and all that's left for her to do is say the words, but she doesn't say them because she's fucking Jack Price and it would be too easy to admit defeat so she risks popping her hip out of the place just to slam me to the ground so hard I can hear the echoes of it within my skull.

We've always been smaller than the others, Umbra and I. Always had to be faster. Always had to be cleaner, and smarter. Everything was exactly as it should have been and my only mistake had been daring to think that she would ever do anything by the book. Well, that and Jack was faster than all of them, hands down.

I take advantage of our position, though, both of us on our backs, facing away from each other as I am still encircled by her legs. She's going for the leg lock. I think not. I raise one of my feet as far into the air as I can to slam it down onto her chest.
