1-2: The tribute manages to put out the flame with some quick-thinking stop, drop and roll. 0 damage.
3-4: The tribute is scorched by the flame with a minor burn, but manages to pat out the flames before it can cause further harm. +3 damage.
5-6: The flame catches alight and scalds the tributes forearm. +5 damage.
7-8: The fire catches the tribute’s entire sleeve - who knew these uniforms were so flammable? The flame scorches your entire arm, leaving painful burns. +7 damage.
