Underground Mutt Fight Ring - D1 [OPEN]

The Plot

Visser Kandrona, a wealthy business man residing in District One, uses his business for more than what it seems on the surface. The average, every day people of District One assume that the Capitol buys the stuff that his company, Kandrona Enterprises, manufacturs. That's just the surface of it, however. He also trades the hi-tech computer equipment that his company creates to the Capitol in exchange for spare muttations.

Now, your typical District citizen wouldn't have any use for violent, Capitol-created mutts. Visser, however, found a purpose for them. An underground muttation fighting ring for the wealthy.

For a $1,000 buy-in price, people are locked in a cage with a muttation, typically unarmed. They stay in the cage with the mutt until they decide to tap out, in which case the mutt is subdued, and the human fighter released from the cage. At the end of the night, whomever stayed in the cage the longest wins the entire prize pool.

Only the wealthiest folks in District One are invited to participate, and only if Visser believes they can be trusted to keep their mouths shut. Of course, should someone try to spread the news, he's swift at making sure they never speak again with the help of some friends of his.

TLDR:

Wealthy folks in District One can buy their way into a fight ring with a mutt for $1,000. Whoever stays in the ring the longest at the end of the night and survives wins the entire pool of money.
