Swimming in the stars [Bubby/Payton]

All I want to do is sit back and see what others are capable of. Part of training is learning the strengths and weaknesses of my opponents. Some are definitely better than others, but at this point, it's hard to tell who is putting in the effort and who isn't. I've thrown a few weapons and swung a few weapons, but I've completely neglected taking care of myself. Self care is important especially here.

I spend some time walking around the training center watching and learning and trying to figure out my best plan of action. Interacting with the other tributes goes against my very desires, but I need some sort of alliance. I need at least one person who will go a little distance with me before stabbing me in the back, but I hope that I am the one with that chance first.

It's then I spot someone in a pool. I've never really been one for swimming back home, yet it's easy to do. Plus I'm sure they wouldn't let me drown if something was to go wrong. They need twenty-four for the show otherwise I think it would look bad. A small grin spreads across my face. It's a nice pool, and I don't want anyone to swim alone, and maybe he needs company too since he's making it look too peaceful. I take off running full speed ahead, and when I'm next to the pool I jump into the air splashing into the water sending it flying everywhere. Nobody will be peaceful here if I have a say in it.
