What kinda fuckery is this, Taxxon?
My Sunday afternoon plans did not consist of bringing some broad a pregnancy test on Taxon Kandrona's behalf. All I wanted to do was sit back on the back porch, crank up the radio and crack open a cold one, but my plans changed when my phone buzzed in my back pocket with a slurry of panicked texts.
jfc i swear if this takes more than ten minutes, I texted back with a sigh as I grabbed my wallet and head out the front door.
thx brotha
Taxxon Kandrona was not a man of caution. He was a risk taker, rarely ever stopping to take a breather and make a calculated decision about his choices. And as I slammed a pregnancy test down on the counter of some random convenience store, I realized that his luck caught up to him, and he was getting me to do the dirty work for him.
Taxxon, you are so lucky you have a guy like me in your life, I said as the old lady cashing me out side eyed me. A look of judgement crossed over her face, and all I wanted to tell her was to fuckin' stuff it, stupid old hag. Sorry I'm actually getting laid and that your husband has to be loaded up on erectile dysfunction medication to get his small little wrinkly weiner up.
"You're a Barr kid, aren't you," she said, her scowl turning into a small smirk.
I nodded and shrugged, "Whoopsy."
As I approached the address Taxxon had given me, I was in awe of the neighbourhood he had sent me. Old Victorian homes sprawled across the streets, gardeners and perfect hedges and sprinklers lining the front lawns. Good job, Taxxon, fucking a rich broad, I said as I approached the address he had given me. Not that your family needs to worry about money.
After walking through the marble columns of the massive home, I looked around to see if I had noticed any signs of life in the house. I may just get off easy and not have to talk to this girl, I thought. The last thing I wanted to do was to be caught up in Taxxon's women drama. Poor guy has been dealt with a shitty card of crazy girls in the past, I'd tell ya.
I wrapped on the door, looking inside the stained glass window to see if there was any movement. Unfortunately for me, I saw the silhouette of a girl approaching.
And as she opened the door, only two words escaped my mouth.
"Oh shit."
That was Annaliese Belrose.
