ALL-CAPS has flourished since its founding in the year of the 75th Games. From humble talk-show and a few radio stations in three-digit wavelengths, the company has grown from it's small beginnings to become one of the largest media conglomerates in Capitol media, partly in thanks to the work of it's producer-turned-COO Xena Duchane of the High Council.

Investments, crowdsourcing, and several high-dollar sponsorship deals later, ALL-CAPS found itself acquiring more and more audio properties. Now the brand can be found in it's own building in Saturn City with state of the art open-plan offices and recording studios playing home the hottest podcasts, dozens of radio stations and genres, talk-back shows, and even fanfic audiobooks - as well as your old faithful 24/7 Hunger Games statistics and retellings from Retro to Metro. There's something for everyone in Panem - just tune in to one of the hundreds of stations available and make yourself comfortable with our talent who have the perfect voices - and faces - for radio!

OOC: Hey y'all! To help expand the Capitol universe and create concrete media lore such as Rave's ZeusTV and Oracle, I've decided to revive the ALL-CAPS plot that was founded by Shrimp in 2018.

This isn't a plot per say, more of a point of reference for characters in the Capitol in terms of ALL-CAPS itself and the content it produces. Characters old & new can work there, host radio shows, become an on-air star, create podcast content, have their songs featured on Oracle, if it's something to do with a voice on a radio station you can do it!

To join in on the fun, add your character & their role(s) to the lore by linking us your character, what they do, and tell us about the content they make (if any!) - feel free to snag a station frequency too!

You can also check out the Slack channel #all-caps-reboot to chat with us in real-time, collab with other chars & writers, or riff ideas for stations!

PSA: If your old ALL-CAPS chars still work there, we'll just add 'em right back in to the list. They can have the same job or have been promoted in the merges and acquisitions, completely up to you.
