"Thanks useless bitch," you're now listening to the story of Panem's first e-thot. Let's kick things off by saying Aquino's ain't shit, Chelsea's nothing but a spoiled brat and she'll try and tell you different every time you see her. If you don't know it yet, every year's a new opportunity in Panem; after the lockdown, everybody's said fuck it with a capital pf- with Chelsea's parents included. Her dad works in travel trade, her mom's a liberal arts teacher to some career reform academy; who cares bitch? This shit sucks, what's the point besides being hot and having fun. 

Let's get a few things straight here: she's never had a job, she doesn't have a dream job or an aspiration or anything. Why would she -- ain't nothing in Panem but labor, drugs and gang violence! Her parents raised her to believe life ends at eighteen, that's the point everybody agrees you're stuck with society for life and she's already dreading the shit. It's not even that it's hard, she just doesn't want to. 

If she had to choose something, it'd be modelling maybe. Hand modelling? Spitting on people? 

Multi-talented girl she is. It's a blessing that trade opened up when it did, the industry boom spread between the districts and Four saw more technology from Three than she'd ever seen before. It was like God said stay home and get sexy bitch, she listened and got rewarded for it! Chelsea got her first cellphone at 16, the day after she got released from a holding cell in the JB for stealing a peacekeeper's outfit on a dare. 

What, she's no fuckin' pussy. 

That being said, she dared herself to do it & threw a brick through the pig's window to get the damn thing to begin with. She also stole a few rings out the car -- okay, maybe it was more than she remembered. That's not the point, what matters here is that shitty little Peach-phone knock off came with two camera's and unlimited service and she took it everywhere. Chelsea even re-applied to her career academy just so she'd have an excuse to text during class & take nudes in the school bathroom. 

School's going great -- she's flunking out, but at least she's having fun with it now! Really, what more can you do but make the best of it. Chelsea's reintegrated well after her time in the JB, so much so that she has three boyfriends, that's a +1 to what she could manage back in middle school. Roll the dice baby, she fucked her third period man in her sixth period's locker once; though, wouldn't you guess it, her man from homeroom came walking by. 

Honestly, she's only one step away from being a productive member of society. Look at her: pursuing education, an active social life, a plethora of productive hobbies! All it took was the e-model gig and now she has it fucking made. Chelsea's career started off with selling nudes taken off her front camera, and once she got the budget she got fancy with it & included some back camera work too. It's all business investments, really, back in the gap she'd print them out and stick 'em in envelopes with some dollar store stickers. 

Ugh, but then her dad found one. 

That was a whole nightmare in itself, he sent her to her room mid-argument and that just made it worse. You can't just cut a girl off mid-gaslight?! She took a hammer to her bedroom walls, locked the doors & screamed her self care Oracle playlist at the top of her lungs while her parents tried to screw the door off its hinges. By the time they got in, she'd done plastered the largest poster of Lysander Mae she had over as much as she could.

She likes Lysander, by the way, she makes music for girls like her and Chelsea really appreciates that. 

Anyways, it was like hiding the moon under a napkin because she wasn't hiding shit. Her parents took her back to her correctional officer the day after, which put a hamper on business of course. They did wind up admitting her for behavioral rehab, which worked some wonders for anger management but they forgot to confiscate her Peach-phone. 

Big mistake, baby, huge. Chelsea wasn't able to sell physical photos but the rehab center had 1-bar signal and she was still able to text them out in exchange for online dollar bonds. She'd use that money for panties, which she'd rub in vinegar & molasses and sell on their own. This kept up all the way until she made it home and couldn't risk it, from that point on it all had to be digital. 

Strict parents make sneaky kids, babe, keep that in mind for the future. 

So Chelsea does what any young entrepreneur would, she starts posting nudes online for pay. It's a whole Capitol-based domain called theneonroom that shows everything but good taste, of course. Whether the photos are real or fake, sexy or trashy, somebody's gonna buy them bitches to line a working girl's pockets. There was a weird stint there too where some guy from District 1 kept trying to stalk her, in her first six months she wound up with two damn catfishes faking to be here -- one of them named Stupid Bitch2 & the other was Lorraine Le Rousal which just what the fuck. 

That comes with the territory, whole line of work is filled with weird shit you just have to roll with. What she didn't expect was fucking Tasha Crowe in her inbox inviting her to a model business trip to the Capitol with a few other district girls. She didn't even know how to tell her parents, especially under the circumstance that she lied her ass off to keep making her coin. 

So, she did what she does best. 

Not tell her parents, the fuck?
