The Queens

Deep in the place where secrets are hidden, where children are taken away, where the lives of people are mysterious and lonely lives a family, one who are banded together by blood and by name. They are a mysterious family, one that is full of secrets and mysteries, one that is loved by few, hated by many. Not everyone in this family was born into it, but they were claimed by the streets, a blood oath the key to sharing blood. One would cut their hand- a pure blood, before mingling it with the cut hand off a newcomer and from that day forward they would take on the name King and be part of this fairly strange family. But just like any family they have their secrets and guilty pleasures and just like any family they band together to protect the ones in need most.

Mrs King is an old lady now, living in the addict of their rather large home on district four. She never speaks, her eyes glazed over with what can be recognised as a sense of vacancy. But all the same she is loved and cared for by Mr King, who refuses to believe that is wife is dying, who refuses to let go. He hold on tight to her, to her soul, hoping that one day she would bounce back to life her eyes reflecting something of realisation and not that ever dying emptiness.

It had always been there mothers wish for te people who could not help themselves to find themselves a new family in her home. She loved to help the unprivileged, she loved, she wished, she could help them all- but she was fading away. Dying. Who will take up her wish- and welcome the unprivileged into the Queen household?and now it was up to her oldest daughter- Thea King- to round up the helpless and give them a new place in her home. But was Thea willing to pass on her mother’s wish? Or will she shy away having to fight past the sever in their precious relationship? If she doesn’t will Yuri step up and follow on his mother’s dying wish, or will he wish go unsolved, her death be forgotten?

Thea Queen :: 16 :: female :: played by Kiah :: bio :: When Thea was younger she and her mother were as close as anything, she told her mother everything- like who she had a crush on, her deepest darkest secrets like when she had her first kiss, or when she had her first date… But as Thea grew older she and her mother slowly drifted further and further apart. And then something so horrible happened that Thea could hardly look at her mother she was so disgusted. The relationship that they had was no longer there- nothing but a severed piece of string. Sometimes thea regrets what she had seen, she wished she hadn’t seen it, cause then her and her mother might still be that close duo that had been years ago- but you can’t take back actions, and you couldn’t take back what her mother had done. No one else in the family knew why she was so distant and Thea wanted to keep it that way- she may not feel as connected to the Queens- but her family didn’t deserve to find out the real reason to why Thea was now nothing but a shadow in their household.

Yuri Queen :: 16 :: male :: played by Kiah :: bio(wip) :: Yuri Queen is a slightly odd boy, one who like to indulge in the activities that make his adrenaline pump, ones that make his heart race and his legs shake. In other words you could say that he was an adrenaline junky- or even go as far as saying that he was addicted to adrenaline. He loved the way risking his life made his body feel the way he felt as though he was on top of the world when he came out of it still breathing, still in one piece and feeling my more alive than ever before. He was born into the Queen family, his twin sister Thea, usually nowhere to be seen. He was closer to her than anyone else in the family, and he felt as though he could relate to her the most. He didn’t know why she was slowly drifting further and further away, but he did have his suspicions that it was because there was a man involved. He missed her- not that he would ever admit it to her or anyone else.

Some notes: Not all the members of this family are directly related to each other- but this is why the blood oath happened, mixing the pure blood of a queen with someone else. There is one more sister directly related- this can change if interest towards the plot high enough- and there is two more brothers. The rest are not born to the family but are adopted.
