Vy Pryce
Age: Eighteen
District: Two
Being disliked is nothing new, and maybe if anything Vy's attitude is enhancing just to quickly return her old reputation from where she's from. So far a nice handful of careers and peacekeepers alike probably hate her guts. If anything she didn't realize it was going to be so easy with everyone's lack of understanding sarcasm. Breaking Kyanite's arm greatly helped with that to. Now that includes all the kids in the underground fight, they all have to either hate her or desiring to fight her. How fun. Let's see how long it takes for every single cadet in this academy to dislike her as well. With her roommates already despising her company within the first ten minutes, she decides to hit the mess-hall early, not before grabbing a soda bottle from her bag first.
Before even the first day is up Vy catches her thoughts constantly going back to Brooklyn and how Brittany's treating her. Horrible memories of how her mother treated her and how right now that witch could be doing that her kid? It's unlikely, simply because of the love that's clearly shown through that woman who Vy would even say has a colder heart then herself. Still if the ideas are already so painful, how is she going to last through weeks? One solution is training as hard as ever, which she already has planned. The second best thing for now though is enjoying her first babyless night off as she always does it, with a drink.
So far it's only a small group of female cadets that give Vy that common nasty glare as she walks through the rows of tables to reach the line for food. First day and she already feels so special. She'd love to have the whole room turn with a death stare, but with the prediction it may not be best for points that'll have to wait. For now she stays quiet as she patiently waits for each food group to be placed upon her plate. There's such a strong desire to give a sarcastic remark to the guys arguing over the hottest chick in charge, or the females behind her gossiping over who toke what classes. Her lips don't part from each other the entire time though.
"They actually kept you?" The girl that Vy had punched earlier that day questions. Looks like people around here do know a little sarcasm. "Did they finally put you in the right category? The guy's room." Ha, if only this chick knew.
"Actually they did." A smirk grows upon Vy's lips, that chubby innocent face has finally vanished from her mind. The girl and her group of friends laugh as if they've actually given a decent insult. It only raises a blond eyebrow, she's reminded even more why she really isn't like females. How is that funny? Because she doesn't have to put up with the stupid prep team that are probably only here because of their parents? "Maybe you'll get lucky and the sparring will be separated by genders."
"We didn't sign up for fitness." Another one of the girl's comments, a baffled look upon all of their faces. What's even more disturbing then hearing that not one signed up for fitness is the fact one girl was able to answer for them all. So they all share the same brain to, sounds like fun to be one of them. Lets all sign up to take the same classes together! It nearly wipes away Vy's complete apatite.
"Right..." Vy chuckles with an eye roll and just keeps moving. Those girls aren't even worth it, they probably can't even put up a good fight.
Now for the option of sitting alone or finding someone to awkwardly sit next to...yeah Vy's going with just sitting alone, with no care of appearing like a loner. She moves through the maze of tables, about to pick a nice isolated area until her eyes fell upon a familiar face. Why her heart skips a beat at the sight of him she's not quite sure, but somehow the sight of Jeran turns her cocky smile into a genuine one. Then of course the memory of that last time they saw each other, after she broke his sister's arm. But they did make a fair agreement in the hospital, and though Kyanite didn't exchange the message to some dude crushing on her, she had to of shared that with her brother.
"Mind if I sit?" Vy actually asks, taking a seat once knowing her presents wasn't completely unwanted. "I brought a peace offering..." She takes a sip from her soda bottle. Immediately the smell of alcohol burns her nose as soon as she brings it up to her lips; luckily the carbohydrates and sugar covers the smell from lingering on someone's breathe. She offers the bottle over with a silly smirk. "I gave one to your sister as well, though it's much different." She shares with the assumption Jeran probably cares more about the one getting hurt receiving a peace offering. "An agreement." A chuckle escapes with the idea of any other peace offering going on. Just an agreement though, and hopefully not one that she's even told to her brother.
