D2 The Pregames - Round II Sign Up

Part Two

Each year two lucky tributes get chosen to go into the arena and possibly come home as a victor, where he or she will live in wealth and honor. If you think this is only the Capitols point of view you are mistaken. Ask the boys and girls of district 2, who train almost each day to be the best, cleverest fighters and strategists they can be. Each one of them is eager to hear their own name at the reaping because they know they can win.
From axe throwing, sword fighting, archery, bare knuckle fighting to survival skills, building camps, finding edible plants, purifying water to first aid. They train it all and such skills need to be put to the test.

The ultimate test for those young men and women are the so called pregames. These Games will last up to four days, this time around. They will fight until a judge will determine who won. They will be pushed to survive and fight until one last career is standing.

The fights are severe and will leave a few of the contestant wounded…on the outside and on the inside. They are not meant to go to the death but that doesn’t mean it never happened before. (Note: Your may decide upon their death and/or permanent disfigurement or disability from these games.)

CAP Twist:

Unlike the previous year, our precious careers won't just wait until the next day to compete, living in the lap of luxury and healers at their becking call. They will be subjected to an all new battle. They will have to put all their skills to the test, because once they go in, they will not come out until there is one left. Their skills of first aid and survival will be put to the test this time around. However, there will be no sponsors to send them life saving items. These careers are in it for the long haul.

RULES:

-You need a D2 Career to participate
(we'd also accept side characters, who would be useful for the threads but not as contestants e.g. referees, medics...)

- Everything that happens before and after the fights in the pregames arena should be done in normal threads in d2 and marked CAP as well. You choose who you will rp with e.g. meet in the labyrinth, find food and water, build a place to sleep, treat your wounds.... in threads marked CAP.
Each round of fighting happens on a new day.

- Fights will be one on one and will be played in the JFF section of this board (please mark them with CAP)
Your opponents will be determined by the game makers (we'll roll a dice to be fair)
-Fight system: Roll the dice with the weapons available for each fight.
(Round one- no weapons, Round two - blunt weapons, round three - anything goes)
- Opponents will fight until one of them reaches 20 damage points. Your damage point score will be recorded - please drop us a pm.
- Whoever will have the lowest score after three (or four- depending on the number of contestants) fights will win.
