Town of Six [ToS plot; D6] (closed)

Somewhere in District six a man is bored. He stares out at the gray world and wonders what he could possibly do for entertainment. One day he sees a group of kids playing tag, but he shakes his head. He was too old to play with children, and tag was a game without real consequence, there was nothing to hold his attention there. A couple days later, he spotted two groups of children facing off against each other, looking like they were about to fight. Scrapping was for the young and the careless, he wasn't about to dirty his coat for the sake of relieving boredom. His hands, though, they could become stained red and scrawled over with black lines for all it mattered - if only it would provide something for him to do. Finally, he spotted a woman passing a letter to a boy. The boy raced off to deliver the message. Suddenly the man knew what he would do to keep himself occupied, at least for a little while.

He gathered paper and a pen, dividing a piece of paper into thirds and laying out a list of titles in each section. Beside each title he wrote a short description. Then he began on the letters, writing fifteen nearly identical copies.

Dear Reader,

I invite you to join me in the district square on next Tuesday. There you will see fourteen others, and I will explain to all fifteen of you what the meaning of this letter is. If you are wondering what could possibly be to your advantage in taking up my proposal, I will be offering food and money to all participants. You must be at the district square on this next Tuesday of you will not be a part of the proceedings.

I hope to see you there,

Below each, written as a post script, he carefully wrote in a title and the matching description, warning the recipient to not breathe a word of this title to anyone. The whole point was to make each and every one of them question each other until only one remained in the game. This would be a lot more entertaining than tag, or stand offs, or writing letters. After all, it was all three.

And he was the mastermind behind it all.

Welcome to the Town of Six plot. This is a 15 character plot that is based off of the online game Town of Salem. In order to become a part of this plot you simply have to be one of the first fourteen people to reply to this plot with your username and the name and bio of the character you are wishing to use.

Please note that there will be no actual deaths in this, just a lot of questions, second guessing and not passing. Don't worry about your darlings getting hurt, causing any physical damage to an opponent disqualifies you from the game. Emotional damage though, there is no guarantee anyone shall remain unscathed.

Once we have enough people (and there can potentially be NPCs if there isn't enough interest) I will PM each person their assigned role along with how that role will work. When we start the thread I will include a set of rules in the initial post so that everyone understands how the day/night cycles and voting will work - as well as have an easy way to look back at the rules if a refresher is needed.

So, to recap, just post username - character name and link the character bio in a post below and you can start lynching!
