District Eight

Since the Dark Days, District 8 has always been a dormant, peaceful and obedient district in the hands of the Capitol. Once in its smoggy shadow, the district of textiles has slowly emerged a spectacle scene in fashion of all industries. Home to fur coats and feather boas, the warehouses here have been upgraded to produce all things beauty as well: jewelry, watches, skin products and make up. Pollution may be at an all time high in District 8, but the wealth may be too. Despite this, the mindset of its civilians has hardly budged: refine, refine, refine.
