wanted: friends, family, enemies, lovers, etc. [OPEN]

Hello everyone! Since I'm not sure how well you all can read the graphic above, I'm going to explain again here.

Got some CBs you want to use, the urge to make a new character, or simply need a use for one of your current characters? I've got some characters with gaps in their lives who could use people to play their family, friends, enemies, partners, etc, and would love for you to fill in!

Here's what I'm looking for:

District 1:

-Models and Fashion Designers for Regalia Terrence [0/??]
----Regalia (58) is an all-star, top-tier fashion designer in District One. Her employees are models and lower-level fashion designers that assist in forming her fortune.
----I'm looking for people to play Regalia's employees, whom she often blackmails into doing her dirty work, and claims their work as her own.

District 2:

-Gideon Flynn's Gang/Adoptees [0/??]
----Gideon Flynn (54) has raised many children over the years, having adopted them in a non-traditional sense. He was paid by people who couldn't afford to take care of or didn't want their children with the promise of raising the children into the ultimate careers to bring District Two glory. The people who give up their children don't know what truly goes on behind the scenes, though. They're turned into thieves and little 'gang' members, doing his dirty work. He also does indeed train them into careers, ingraining in their brains from a young age that they're meant to fight in the Hunger Games and win. Andesite Obsidian (72nd trib) was one of the children raised this way.
----I'm looking for children to be a part of Flynn's gang/"adopted" children!

District 3:

-Brother and Sister of P.K. Chu [0/2]
----P.K. (16), his older brother Rai (18) and his younger sister Pi (14) have been close with one another their whole life. They're all creative types: tinkerers especially. They love to create their own little gadgets and trinkets, and they're quite good at it, too.
----I'm looking for people to play Rai and Pi for some wholesome family threads!

District 4:

-Boyfriend and/or "Fling" of Zedekiah Luna [0/1]
----Zedekiah (18) is an alcoholic. He was on the road to recovery when he was dating his last boyfriend before he seemingly vanished, as far as Zed could tell, ghosting him completely. Now, he's moved on, at least a little bit. He's trying to find someone new to help him feel complete now, sleeping around to try to find the right one.
----I'm looking for a fling for Zed that could either be a one-off thing where he gets rejected when he brings up the idea of a relationship afterward, or a fling for him that actually evolves into a relationship (preferable).

District 5:

-Friends and/or Coworkers of Scherzo Saxon at Sinclair Florist [1/??]
[Patty played by @fabulousraven , more spots still open to others]
----Scherzo (18) works at Sinclair Florist for Lady Sinclair, the owner of the shop. Scherzo and his coworkers do the majority of the work, as Lady Sinclair is often in her office, working on the surprising amount of paperwork that goes into owning a flower shop. Scherzo and his coworkers get on very well and spend a lot of time together as friends outside of work, too.
----I'm open to new or existing characters to play Scherzo's friends/coworkers! I'm also open to friends for Scherzo that don't work for the florist.


District 6:

-Older Brother of Terra Greenslade [1/1]
[Dex played by @fabulousraven ]
----Terra (15), her mother Poppy (34), and her brothers Harry (2) and Dex (17) were separated from Harrison (37), Poppy's wife and the children's father when he committed murder and was taken away to be turned into an avox. Now, their family feels like it's falling apart. Dex is desperately trying to help the family keep it together, but is struggling. These days, he spends a lot of his time drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana as ways to cope.
----I'm looking for someone to play Dex!

District 7:

-Dae Dara's hopeless crush/childhood best friend [1/1]
[Hespie played by @fabulousraven ]
----Dae (18) has had a crush on his childhood best friend for the past several years. He, however, is absolutely hopeless when it comes to admitting his feelings to anyone. He is head-over-heels in love with this girl, but is afraid to say anything with the risk of ruining their friendship.
----I'd like Dae to eventually get into a situation with his crush where he does tell her how he feels. It'd be up to the other writer if he gets rejected or if they end up together.

District 8:

-Boyfriend of Gamble Shade [0/1]
----Gamble (18) has always been told by his parents that his boyfriends he's had over the years are bad influences. They've often been alcoholics, potheads, druggies, risk-takers, thrill-seekers or other things that his parents deem dangerous. This newest one is no different.
----I'm looking for someone to play Gamble's boyfriend! I'd prefer if he's someone that would be considered a "bad influence" and that someone would be willing to play for an extended period of time to flesh out their relationship.

District 9:

-Shing Luen's fellow gang members of the Dark Rose [0/??]
----Shing (18) is a part of a gang in District Nine known as the Dark Rose. With the recent influx of Peacekeepers in Nine, the gang has begun to struggle at keeping things under control. Some of them are getting caught, and things are starting to tear at the seams. They need to get their pieces back in place, or it'll all come crashing down.
----I'm looking for some people to play Shing's fellow gang members! They can either be ones that have been caught by Peacekeepers and gotten away without spilling the gang's secrets, or they can be ones who've continued to get away with gang activities without being caught. They can be rivals of Shing or friends of Shing. I'm open to just suggestions, too!

District 10:

-Son and Wife of Colonus Mica [0/2]
----Colonus (actually 35, not 26 like in his bio), has a son, Boves Mica (16) who works on the family farm with Colonus and his wife, Michelle (37). The family is rather wealthy from selling things like eggs and dairy products from their farm. Michelle mostly focuses on the medical needs of the animals on the farm. She aids them when they're sick, and even takes in injured animals from other people who would've just euthanized them if they'll let her take them instead. Boves helps with the basic care of the animals, such as feeding and cleaning up after them. He is very attached to his horse Cali, who he rides rather regularly. Boves and his parents are very close with one another. Boves is a total sweetheart and some say he's too innocent for his age.

-"Enemies to Lovers" partner of Ursula Undine [0/1]
----Ursula (18), as a lower district citizen who has the desire to be in the Hunger Games and thinks she'd do well at it if she had the chance, has a bit too big of an ego for her own good. Therefore, she has a lot of rivals, and a few people she might even go as far to consider enemies.
----I'm looking for someone to plot an enemies to lovers thing with Ursula. Gender of the partner doesn't matter. I'd like it to be a relatively long-running plot, if possible.

District 11:

-Sister, Uncle and Coworkers of Khione Fortescue [0/??]
---Khione (16) and her sister Skadi (14) help their uncle run their parents' old ice cream shop that they inherited from them after they died. The two girls live in an orphanage in District Eleven, though, since their uncle (unnamed Fortescue, 46) refused to take them in when their parents passed away. Luckily, the girls get by, managing to make some money from the Fortescue Ice Cream Parlor.
----I'm open to a lot of expansion on these characters' personalities, backstories, etc. and would be open to about three or four employees that work alongside Khione and Skadi! Having someone to play their uncle, as well as Skadi herself would be great!

-Partner of Roxi Stoar [0/1]
---Roxi (17) is a partier. She loves to spend her time in social settings, as well as wandering the District to see what she can see. Peoplewatching has always been a big pastime of hers, when she's not just having a good time partying or drinking.
----I'm open to any gender for Roxi's partner! Just pitch me whatever ideas you've got!

District 12:

-Employees of Mordecai J. Ashbrook [0/??]
---Mordecai (62) owns a solid portion of District Twelve's mines, yet doesn't quite pay his employees who work there in the traditional sense. He doesn't give them money, but rather gives them some sort of shelter for themselves and their families. Many of his employees, however, complained at first that they couldn't buy food and clothing, so he came up with a solution: tickets. The tickets that Mordecai gives him employees are redeemable for food, clothing and other necessities, but at one place, and one place only: the Ashbrook family's shop. They can exchange these tickets for their necessities, but only there, meaning their income is still coming right back to Mordecai.
----I'm open to any number of employees for Mordecai, especially if they start complaining about him.

District 13:

-Sister of Arvel Baron [0/1]
---Axel Baron (43) is the sister of District Thirteen medic, Arvel Baron (40). Axel works as a cook for the District Thirteen citizens, making sure that they always have hot meals to eat. She and Arvel have always been very close, running away from their abusive parents in District Nine when they were young, being found in the woods and taken into District Thirteen.

The Capitol:

-Daughter of Olympia Li-Mei [0/1]
---Olympia (32) is a fashion reporter for ALL-CAPS. Her daughter, Callianna (12) is quite the opposite of her fashion-enthusiast mother. She admires the simpler ways that the people of the lower Districts in Panem dress, and often wishes she could simply live there, despite the risk of poverty and the Hunger Games. While this concerns Olympia, she does her best not to just shut down her daughter's dreams, and rather tries to support her in the ways she can, such as helping her dress and express herself the way she wants to.

-Patryk Sho's Circus Performers [0/??]
---Patryk Sho (43) runs a well-known circus in the Capitol. His performers are deeply loved and admired by the people of the Capitol.
----I'm open to suggestions for the amount of and types of performers Patryk has at his circus! Let me know what you'd most like to write!

Wanderers:

-Parents of Violet Neon [0/2]
---Violet (8) is an adventurous and reckless young wanderer. Her parents, both having escaped from District Six at different times and having met in the woods outside its boundaries, do their best to keep Violet safe and under control, but often feel that they're failing at it when she sometimes comes back to them injured after slipping away from them earlier in the day. Her mother, Lavender (34) and her father, Indigo (37) are expecting a second child any day now.
