District 1:

Antonio "Titan" Lanter ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Antonio has a big tough exterior, but that's not what's on the inside. After being broken from the lost of his little sister, all Antonio knows is the basics of District one, eat, sleep, train, and work. Broken emotion, Antonio takes physical actions to move on. BIO

Neil Emerson ~ 17 ~ Male ~ Neil is a very cocky boy, thinking he's better than many people, his favorite hobbies include partying, partying, and sex. Sex with any moving or breathing thing, it doesn't matter. Neil is the black sheep of his smart family and tends to do more badass stuff than his smart family. Feeling a bit of an outcast all the time. BIO

Remo Moreno ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Remo Moreno is very different from most of the Morenos. Rather playing guitar and hanging with his girlfriend, Annastasia Glory. Remo Moreno, though, is as scary as the rest of the Morenos, having a past of being whipped for killing a random guy and his own little brother. His ex-girlfriend killing his parents all together. Remo is the last one of his original family. A career in the making, a musician with a passion, and a man with his girl. Remo Moreno isn't to be toyed with. BIO

District 2:

Elliot Swallow-Birch ~ 18 ~ Male ~ A boy with a thirst for some blood. Career Training is his life, loving the feeling of hitting targets and trying to prove that he's the best Birch. A attitude that can scary many people. Training and winning are the most important things to him, not the Birch's. He's better than all of them, according to him. BIO

Saffron ~ 16 ~ Female ~ An Assassin from District 2. Saffron has a way of finding her targets better than most people. Since being stuck with boys all day and night, she tends to act like one with a bit of an attitude. She believes that she could kill better than most people from District 2 since she does it often. She has speed rather than strength on her side. Able to stay undetected is her specialty, but when she is noticed, you better run or you may lose yourself. BIO

District 3

Jasper Veeder ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Jasper Veeder was given up to an orphanage by his parents who kept his twin. Jasper grew up getting beaten for his brilliant mind, able to tinker with objects and figure things out. Tinkering and working at the orphanage are his favorite things now, but people target him for the little money he makes. Getting beaten and thrown around by adults. Jasper lives in constant fear of these people. BIO

Logan Kessler ~ 17 ~ Male ~ Logan being a District 3 boy and having a genius of a father, has a genius mind. Wanting to use his mind for architecture and building things. His mother is sick and is dying. He runs the house now that his father has died. Only child to continue his family's legacy. BIO

Warren Fer ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Warren is a thief at heart. Stealing is his game. He started it at a young age and never quit. He would get nice things for free. Then his plans got creative. Sex, sex, sex. That is what he did before he would steal something from the place to add to his collection. A bit obsessed with his collection making him just as crazy with the other Fers. BIO

District 4:

Davitt Vespoli ~ 18 ~ Male ~ The bad boy triplet. He runs most of the deals going on in the Vespoli house with the cannabis that they grow. Intimidating to others and tending to do bad things, but truly inside Davitt is one of the nicest Vespolis. Feeling jealous of his triplet brother is one of his daily things. Davitt tends to feel like an outcast of the family, but they all depend on him. Without him, the Vespolis would have been a mad house in the making. BIO

Jay Krearns ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Born into a family with three other siblings that he knows of. Jay Krearns was the outcast of his family, tending to avoid lots, but that got him into more sticky situations than he thought. Having his oldest brother die by a shark attack. Having to save his middle brother from a bear attack. THen watching Mason die in the Games has caused Jay to go a bit insane and have a harder time holding in his emotions. He lets them out at the worst of times and is rejected. Broken, beaten, and an emotional wreck. BIO

Jock Spaulding ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Jock has irony in his blood. Instead of using strength, Jock would use his brain. Being a part of a big family and looking out from the rest of them is his life. If someone picked on his sister or brothers, he'd beat up the guy. He still is a career and is a rather smart one than most careers. A bit too serious, but he'll be loyal forever. BIO

Josie Krearns ~ 16 ~ Female ~ Josie was born with her protective twin brother Spencer. The two did everything together. Surf, play on the beach, and sometimes even cried together. Their father left her at a young age and it was hard for her to accept that. Step-sister to Jay Krearns, but Jay doesn't know. Finds the good in people when others can't find the good. A good friend indeed. BIO

Percy Bercovitch ~ 17 ~ Male ~ Percy is what is called a flirt in his district. He'll try to flirt with every girl he can, but get smacked. Sometimes called the heartbreaker. Percy is bullied by his older brother because girls are the only thing he beats his brother at. His brother beats him up, but not in front of their mom. Percy helps his mom and she means the world to him. IF anything happened to her Percy may just die on the inside. BIO

Spencer Krearns ~ 16 ~ Male ~ Spencer is the man of the house since his father left. He's been doing all the work that the women don't like to do. He's very protective of his family. Looking a lot like Mason his older step-brother. Spencer hates his father for leaving him, his mom, and his twin sister. He surfs with his twin when they have free time. He is a nice guy to most people, unless you piss him off. If you do, good luck with the bomb that goes off that is Spencer. BIO

District 5:

Jared Thomson ~ 14 ~ Male ~ Jared is what people would call a perfectionist. Everything has to be this way, if not he freaks out. His life already took a dive. His mother and sister die. His father pressures him to be perfect. IF he isn't he's a disgrace and Jared doesn't want to be a disgrace. He works at some shop to provide for him and his father. Growing up faster than most people his age, he tends to feel lonesome all the time. BIO

District 6:

Oasis Tuson ~ 18 ~ Female ~ A bitch who is afraid of her father. This girl is mean and tends to be rude to almost everyone but her brother Rafe. Her father found where her and her brother living place. He sneaks in and beats Oasis everyday. Her father almost beat her to death, luckily her brother is a nurse in District 6 and can treat wounds. Oasis has developed a fear of men and tends to not like any guys around her, unless it's her brother. Her brother is the only guy in her life who treats her right. BIO

Rafael Tuson ~ 17 ~ Male ~ Rafe is a district 6 nurse and tends to work daily. He's a bit of a heartbreaker in general. He doesn't trust many people, but once he does trust you, then you're set for a good friend for life. His sister won't tell him who hits her and that pisses him off. Rafe though loves his sister with all his might and seeing her hurt hurts him in general. He tries his best to protect her when he can, but work gets in the way sometimes. Rafe works with lots of patients and tends to be assigned to certain people at different times. Rafe is a very mean guy when he wants to, but that's because of his father leaving his sister and him, he'll never forgive him now. BIO

Riordan Einfallen ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Riordan was locked up in his house when he was younger. After being locked up in there, he developed a disorder of sorts and won't eat food. Sometimes nearing death. Naveen Casovnik was reaped and that crushed him. His other friend Theseus Rhodium was reaped too and this caused massive depression for Riordan. After their deaths, Rio went into drugs and selling himself for sex. After the drugs phase and hallucinating, he brought back Tempus. He now runs the Tempus Opera house and has a very serious personality now. Rio used to be the happy and positive boy, but after NAvy and Theo's deaths all of that changed, like he has. BIO

District 7:

Andrew "Ace" Cornet ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Ace was kidnapped by some kidnappers who were going to kill him, but escaped through a window. Now Ace is on the run and heads back and forth from District 7 and District 13. Scared of being ambushed again and attacked, Ace avoids any contact with the people he loves. BIO

Joey Cypher ~ 17 ~ Male ~ After having two of his friends be reaped, Joey has made some difficult choices. Partying, drinking and even drugs becoming involved. Joey found out he's bisexual from Deimos. Then kissed Henry just to make sure that he was. Joey learned what it is to love and lose someone. Joey never felt any real pain until after Deimos, and fighting his parents for the body to be buried. Joey works at a daycare and tends to the children of District 7. A little embarrassed of his job, he tends to avoid being seen. Joey hates the forest no matter what any one says. BIO

Colin Grant ~ 16 ~ Male ~ Colin was born into a very different family with many other siblings. His brother Colin was reaped and died making Colin have to step up to the test of being the big brother and finding a job besides selling his wooden animal figures. Colin likes to people watch and is quite socially awkward in general. Colin now lives as the oldest and is trying to provide for them. BIO

District 8:

Dallas Hughes ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Character based off the game of life. Money and greed are a big thing in his life. Having two rich parents in District 8 is the weird part. His mother was poisoned when he was 17 and people believe it was his father for the money his family has. He is truly sad on the inside, but acts happy on the outside. HE doesn't care about the Hunger Games either way. BIO

District 9:

Dean Hanson ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Being born into one of the more poor families. Dean was a prankster from the start. Liking to joke around and piss people off for his amusement. Dean's father died working with machines and he took over for his father as a factory worker. Dean is a nice guy and tends to help everyone even if they dislike him or hate him. BIO

Mocking Jay ~ 18 ~ Male ~ A member of the huge Jay family, Mocking is the glue of the family. Most people think he is crazy, which at times he is. After having Storm and Jabber die, his family has been cracking under the sorrow and it's been making Mocking a bit crazy. Mocking still does dares and insane feats that he call his adventures. Most of the time nearly dying. Mocking has broken every bone at least twice by now. Mocking is a nice guy with a daring sense of adventure. BIO

District 10:

Jordan Presk ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Jordan was a boy who moved around a lot. His parents died and then his grandparents died and eventually Jordan ended up with his uncle at his ranch, working and keeping himself healthy. His uncle doesn't work on it. Jordan and his brother keep it up and running. Jordan is nice to almost everyone, but somehow is still an outcast, so he considers the animals his friends more than people. BIO

District 11:

Levi Izar-Krane ~ 18 ~ Male ~ Levi was born into the Izar family and became a huge prankster and Benat and him got along very well. The two used to do lots together when Benat and his siblings came over. Levi loved them all, but Benat had a special place, once Benat died Levi got upset, but believed it was his right to defend Benat's siblings and be a big help for them. Levi hasn't broken that promise yet. BIO

Lindy Currier ~ 19 ~ Female ~ Lindy lost both her brothers all of a sudden when Lindy killed her older brother's girlfriend. Her older brother couldn't live with that, even though Lindy was protecting herself at the time. He took something special to her, her little brother. After that, Lindy was beaten by her father and is attempting to flee District 11 to be with Craig who she met in the experiment. BIO

District 12:

Carter Laws ~ 13 ~ Male ~ Youngest of the Laws' kids. Carter is the sweetheart. He will do everything for anyone. He'll be kind to anyone. He has this innocent mind that no one can take from him. Whenever anyone bullies someone, he always tries to stop it, no matter what. Carter tends to be shy when you talk to him, but when he opens up, it's a gift to everyone. BIO

Jack Corradi-Laws ~ 14 ~ Male ~ Jack is a bad boy of his siblings. He was adopted and knows it, since his siblings are all sweethearts and nice guys. Jack on the other hand steals when he feels the need to. He'll cuss at people and even punch a few. Jack is a little brat and causes terror in District 12. He tends to get in trouble and sent home to his parents to be scolded about what he did. BIO

Mitchell Laws ~ 14 ~ Male ~ The eldest of the Laws' boys, Mitchell feels the need to protect the other two. Big brother Mitchell as his siblings call him. Jack hates when Mitchell is protective, but it's just in Mitchell's DNA. Mitchell tends to be nice to other people and offers to help everyone he can when he needs to. Mitchell is his parent's favorite and he knows it. BIO

Wanderers:

Cyrus "Sargent" Rabago ~ 21 ~ Male ~ Cyrus is a bounty hunter. He hunts people for a living, whoever pays him more. He hunts people to kill or to take them back. There is no escaping Cyrus' serious side. Cyrus can find anyone really if he had to. His other side though is goofy. He doesn't talk much when he's normal since he's a bit awkward and weird. He won't go up to people who likes, but he'll stalk them kind of. Cyrus was born into District 10 and stays mainly around there, but for jobs he'll go to District 1, 2 or 4 mainly. BIO
